1. Develop the Brand in line with Manufacturer vision.
2. Strengthen Brand Equity with Strategic Actions.
3. Ensure Brand CSI & Mystery shoppers’ guidelines are fully implemented and surveys are at highest scores.
4. Maximizing Sales & Profitability in line with Business Plan.
5. Analyze Reports – report trends accordingly – by brand / by model / walk-ins / leads / phone calls & other key factors.
6. Focus on improving sales boosting ideas/activities.
7. Manage overall Brand/Marketing Strategy and Budgets.
8. Develop Professional relationship with customers, and other relevant parties, such as Brand Principles, Finance Companies, Trade-in Brokers, etc., to facilitate working relationship, business dealing and achievement of work related goals.
9. Competitor research to support proactive action to improve market share.
10. Grow the business in line with Management Objectives.
11. Manage the Brand with a key focus on Profit growth.
12. Develop Key Business Relationships with Business Partners to further business.
13. Coach & Develop a responsive team.
14. Cohesive approach to Business with After Sales.
15. Positive and Swift addressing Challenge Resolution.
16. Visionary Leadership, Decision Making & Risk Management.
17. Perform any other tasks as directed by Division Manager and/or per business needs.

5+ years’ related experience in a managerial level in automotive field
Good educational background
Fluent in English & Arabic languages (read, write & speak)
Age group below 45 y ears
Must have valid Kuwait driver’s license
Transferable visa #18: Kuwait based
