1. Receiving/greeting customers and directing them to the concerned Service Advisor.
2. Attending to all inbound/outbound calls; handling inquiries as required
3. Take and deliver messages when appropriate staff is unavailable.
4. Answer questions about the Services, Promotions, etc. and provide callers with address, directions, and other basic information.
5. Meet/greet visitors, determine nature of business, directs visitors to the appropriate staff.
6. Encouraging/assisting customers to provide the online survey / feedback.
7. Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail.
8. Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services
9. Perform other assigned duties as directed by Division Manager/Reception Manager per business needs.

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in related field (automotive industry would be an advantage)
Good English & Arabic communication skills
Computer literate
Pleasant appearance
Customer oriented
Transferable visa #18: Kuwait based
