  • Reporting to Leasing Manager.
  • Good Product & Presentation skills
  • Schedule visits by AREA / BY SEGMENT / BY CUSTOMER
  • Utilize Marketing Tools – Brand Folder/Product Information/Testimonials/PR
  • Contact customers regularly to retain & increase leasing business for all brands.
  • Organize events to enhance customer retention.
  • Plan weekly/monthly and yearly activities and monitor its effectiveness.
  • Optimize follow-up strategy to win business.
