ASSISTANT MANAGER – SPARE PARTS

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to day operations pertaining to spare parts for internal stake holders – Service Centers, Body Shop, Quick Service, Retail Counters, and external customers viz., B2B customers, Corporate and Fleet customers.
- Must have hands on experience in Parts pricing, Parts procurement, Order planning , Sales planning and Inventory management
- Demand forecasting of required parts and achieve sales targets as assigned by the management
- Good knowledge of parts ordering process, Order planning and dispatch process, Electronic Parts Catalogue, and recommendations for correct part numbers
- Should have handled a team of employees and supervised and guided them to achieve the assigned KPI’s
- Involvement in daily operational issues like managing credit limits, over dues for customers, Stock Inward processes, VOR order management & follow up with the principals and any other technical issues
Candidate Requirements:
- Knowledge of documentation, customs and shipment procedures and logistics processes required.
- Excellent Excel skills required and experience in working on a large set of data required.
- Knowledge of working on ERP.
- Excellent collaborative skills with internal and external stake holders.
- Good knowledge about process understanding, transactional understanding and operations management.
- Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based.
- Must possess valid Kuwait driver’s license.
