Are you an experienced Service Advisor passionate about customer service? Join our client's dynamic dealership in Kuwait! The Role:  As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for customers, managing vehicle check-ins, updates, and ensuring a smooth service experience. Your strong organizational skills and ability to build customer relationships are key. Role: 
  1. Greeting Customers and manage vehicle bookings
  2. Provide updates on vehicles progress and ensure timely service completion
  3. Maintain product knowledge and upsell services
  4. Keep accurate records
Requirements: 
  • Experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive industry
  • Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ related dealership experience
  • Age group: Below 35 years
  • Preferably Engineering Degree (ASE certification is an added advantage)
  • Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa will be accepted)
  • Holder of Kuwait Driver's License is an added advantage

VAN SALESMAN (LUBES): Role:
  1. Drives sales & increase brand image.
  2. Visit customers / check product requirements on a regular basis.
  3. Process & manage customers’ database, and ensure it is updated.
  4. Deliver goods in a proper condition and acknowledge receipt
  5. Cash sales collection and on time submission.
  6. Co-ordinate with Credit Department / Customers on regular basis to ensure smooth payment / sales flow.
  7. Achieve / exceed individual sales targets.
 Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' related experience in automotive field.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic languages (spoken & written).
  • Age below 40 years.
  • Transferable visa #18 (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa); Kuwait based.
  • Hold valid Kuwait driver's license (light).

Role:
  • Welcoming and assisting walk-in customers in our premises to make decisions on their vehicles rental and leasing requirements.
  • Contact customers regularly to retain & increase leasing business for all brands.
  • Planning weekly/ monthly and yearly activities and monitoring its effectiveness.
  • Achieving sales and profit objectives as defined by the Manager/Management.
