Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain daily staff attendance records (thru HCM Portal), process deductions.
  • Prepare and issue warning letters, memos, terminations, resignations and other documentation as per policy.
  • Maintain employee files with updated documents and records.
  • Assist in payroll.
  • Assist in recruitment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ local experience in related field.
  • University Graduate
  • Well versed in Kuwait Labour Law
  • Multi-tasking; problem solver
  • Fluent in English & Arabic languages
  • Kuwait based; transferable visa #18 (No Golden/VIP/Project/Factory Visa)
